The two characters are taken from the Wizard of Oz and there are many mentions and references to the original show. Wicked has won countless awards on Broadway and during its time at the Apollo Victoria in the West End of London. The music for this show combined with its lavish production and wonderful scenery make this a must see musical for our theatre break goers, you may well find yourself singing the tunes on the way back to your hotel room. Responsible for both the music and lyrics of Wicked the Musical is Stephen Schwartz. Wicked has a fantastic musical score, memorable songs include "The Wizard and I", "Defying Gravity", "As Long As You're Mine" and "For Good"
This is a Musical with a thought provoking and engaging storyline and lights up the auditorium with great effects and scenery.
